Home and school working together is of the utmost importance to the philosophy behind our Catholic school. Many volunteer opportunities are available and parents are always welcome. Parents are informed and updated on school activities through:

E-mail announcements

The Principal's e-mail announcements feature upcoming events, reminders, birthdays, lunch menu and daily prayers.

Website

The OCS websites are updated regularly and feature a calendar of events, lunch menus, news, photo albums and more.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Formal conferences are scheduled at the end of the first quarter though parents may request a conference with a teacher at any time throughout the year.

Progress Reports

Report cards are sent home every 9 weeks. Deficiencies are sent home mid-quarter for students with an average below a C.

Parent Portal

The Parent Portal for our Student Information System allows parents to review their child's progress regularly.
