In compliance with Kentucky State Law, all student athletes are required to have a KHSAA Physician and Parental Permission form on file at Owensboro Catholic Schools before they can participate in events or practice.
Owensboro Catholic Middle School offers a variety of athletic opportunities for students. In compliance with State Law, all student athletes are required to have a KHSAA medical physical on file in the school office before they can participate.
